We are conveniently located in a modern office building in Lancaster, PA. Our private conference room can comfortably accommodate 6-8 participants.
To maximize efficiency we provide both a Continental breakfast and a light, but nutritious lunch in our conference area.
We are within a 1-hour drive from either Philadelphia or Baltimore/Washington Airports and just 40 minutes from Harrisburg International. Our local Lancaster Airport has limited US Air commuter service and its new extended runway can also easily accommodate corporate jet aircraft of any size. We can arrange to both meet you, and return you, to any of these airports.
There are a variety of hotel accommodations to accommodate overnight stays at very reasonable prices.
Cost: 1-4 participants - $ 850.00 per day
5-8 participants - $ 1,250.00 per day
Includes:
- Continental Breakfast & Lunch,
- Free Transportation to and from Harrisburg International or Lancaster airports. (Phila or
- Baltimore Airports add $50 per person round trip.)
- Each participant will receive an individual binder and CD with all presentation materials indexed for quick reference, glossary of terms, additional supporting professional articles, and numerous online resources.

U-Drive-It Plan #2 – Consulting at Your Place
(Need High Speed Internet access and video screen)
Cost: $700.00 per day + round trip airfare, meals, and lodging (meals & lodging $300 max)
Includes:
- 1-4 Participants with materials (as above)
- Each additional participant (to 25) add $50 each for materials & shipping
- Four “follow up” 800# telephone consults as above.
